Scott is the Construction Project Director for Bedrock Real Estate Services. Scott joined Bedrock in 2012 after gaining over 20 years of construction knowledge and experience in all aspects of the construction industry including pre-construction, estimating, operations and corporate development. As Project Director, Scott has acted as an owner and a tenant representative on various multi-million dollar renovation projects, including projects for tenants with demanding schedules such as Chrysler and Quicken Loans. He has also implemented an integration system across Bedrock's diverse portfolio, which has automated all critical building systems, reduced capital expenditures and enhanced the tenant experience.

John Sublett joined Tridium as a co-founder in 1996. He has been a leader on Tridium's technology team since that time and holds multiple patents on Tridium's core Niagara Framework technology. John is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Tridium, setting the technical direction for Tridium's portfolio of software and hardware products. His early career established his background in software engineering and computer networking where he worked as a software engineer at Hughes Network Systems.

Paul Oswald joined CBRE in 2015 as part of CBRE's acquisition of Environmental Systems, Inc. (ESI), a leading systems integrator and provider of energy management services. Now part of CBRE's Global Energy & Sustainability (GES) services platform, Paul is now the Managing Director of CBRE|ESI. He has over 35 years of experience in building automation, system integration and energy management. His experience includes product strategy and development, business and channel development, and service delivery. Paul was listed as one of Realcomm's Top 35 People to Watch in 2012 for Smart Buildings and is a member of Realcomm's Intelligent Building (IBCon) Advisory panel.

Don Cochrane, Sr. is a proud veteran of the U.S. Army who attended the University of Minnesota and then started to work for Honeywell in 1959. Honeywell sent him to sales school in 1965, and then transferred him from Minneapolis to Detroit later that year. In August of 1967, he left Honeywell to "start this thing called Cochrane Supply." Don was the President and CEO of Cochrane Supply from that point on until his retirement in 2008, the same year he was honored with Honeywell's Lifetime Achievement Award. By starting Cochrane Supply, Don became one of the first temperature control distributors, making him a pioneer in the industry.

Scott Cochrane is President and CEO of Cochrane Supply & Engineering, overseeing six branch locations throughout three states, as well as one in Canada. In 2000, Scott took over the business from his father, Donald Cochrane, Sr., who founded the company 50 years ago. He is proud to be an advisory council member for multiple industry manufacturers such as Honeywell, Johnson Controls, and Tridium, and to be named a 2016 IBcon Digital Impact Award Winner for his innovative contributions to the industry.
